Cancellation Policy

At Tranquil Escape Services LLC, we understand that plans can change. However, to maintain the quality of service we offer, we require cancellations to be made at least 72 hours prior to the trip’s start date.

Cancellation Fee

A $500 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations made within 72 hours of the trip's start date. This fee covers costs related to custom itineraries, including planning and logistical expenses.

For pre-planned or third-party reservations, cancellations will be subject to the individual third-party vendor's cancellation policies, and applicable fees may apply. Tranquil Escape Services LLC is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party vendors.

By booking with us, you agree to these terms and release Tranquil Escape Services LLC from any liability related to cancellations.
